From the moment I had my first Bridal appointment to the last fitting - Grace was so accommodating and really went above and beyond for me and my bridesmaids. Grace and the girls are so accommodating and helped me find not 1 but 2 dresses for the Big Day. They also helped me pick my bridesmaid dresses too and welcomed us all on each visit. Our Wedding had been postponed since 2020 so the ladies were so patient over the last few years and with the chaos all of us brought to each visit. We were always made feel so welcome and relaxed in the store and Grace was always so patient with us. We were delighted with all our dresses and everyone felt amazing on the day so I cannot thank you and the ladies so so much! Ye are stars xx​

"I just loved my experience with the Diamond Bridal Team. The first day I visited the shop on Maylor Street the dress I had said I liked from their website was ready and waiting for me! I knew I loved it, but to enhance the experience I was helped to choose a range of other dresses to try on. The whole experience with my Mum and sister was very special, we were made feel like VIPs in the stylish and comfortable bridal shop. Grace was in touch regularly about my dress and put me in touch with Marie for alterations. Grace and Marie always pencilled me in for appointments considering my work schedule and time to get to the shop etc. Marie is extremely talented and her affiliation with Diamond Bridal made it all so easy for me as a customer. I felt a million dollars and the dress was so comfortable to wear all day. The alterations by Marie were completed exactly as wanted and I was complemented numerous times on the dress and many asked where I had bought it. I was shouting from the roof tops as I couldn’t recommend you more. You accommodated me after I ringing to say I was pregnant and any request I would have made you said it was no issue.
