Bridal appointments last for approx. 1 hour and 15 mins, and Bridesmaid appointments are 1 hour. When booking a Saturday appointment, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, and for a mid-week appointment we recommend at least 1 week in advance, to avoid disappointment.
All of our Bridal appointments are completely private. Each Bride and their Bridal Party has full use of our first-floor luxury bridal suite, with undivided attention and invaluable styling advice from one of our experienced bridal consultants. We recommend each bride brings up to 2 guests, but we do have seating room for up to 4 in our Bridal Suite.
Please note, that we require at least 48 hours notice if you need to make a cancellation or reschedule. Due to the high demand of Friday and Saturday appointments we require a consultation fee to be paid, this is a €15 for Friday & Saturday Bridesmaid appointments, and €25 for Friday & Saturday Bridal appointments. Please note your appointment is not valid unless payment is made. We do not charge a consultation fee for Midweek Appointments.

To comply with Covid-19 guidelines and to ensure the utmost safety of our staff and customers, we have updated our Standard Operating Procedures and will continue to do so at every stage of the road map.
We now need to limit the number of people in our boutique at any one time so we can strictly only allow 2 guests per Bride and can no longer accept walk-ins. We will facilitate video calls to include anyone who is unable to attend the appointment and can provide a wifi code.
We have installed a sanitising station and ask that everyone who comes into the boutique uses this on entry.
As we cannot social distance with Brides, staff members will be wearing masks at all times during the appointments and it is a requirement that each bride and their guests also wear one. If anyone arrives without a mask, we can provide a disposable mask. We can also provide disposable gloves if requested.
We ask that every guest in attendance adhere to social distancing rules, and we have increased the seating area to make this possible.
We have staggered appointment times and reduced the number of appointments we can take each day, to ensure there are no crossovers and to allow us to sanitise after each appointment. Every dress tried on during the appointment, will be steamed at 98 degrees and the boutique will be sanitised using high-quality, approved anti-viral cleaning products.
We will take the name and number of each client, and will pass it to HSE if needed for Contact Tracing while complying with GDPR guidelines.
We ask anyone who is feeling ill, or suspects they may be carrying the virus, to please not attend their appointment.
We will continue to take government advice on how to operate our business in the safest possible way.
